Athletic Therapy combines comprehensive assessment, hands-on treatment and active rehabilitation to address not only where you're experiencing symptoms, but why they're happening. Treatment is individualized to help you recover from injury, manage chronic concerns restore function and safely return to the activities, sport or work that matters to you.
Initial Assessment
60 MINUTES | $105
For clients who have already complete an initial assessment. Your session begins with a brief re-evaluation to monitor progress, followed by target treatment incorporating manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and stretching, individualized home programming and/or hydrotherapy as appropriate
Follow-Up Treatment
60 MINUTES | $94.50
Your first appointment includes a comprehensive assessment to identify the root cause of your pain or dysfunction. Through a detailed history, movement analysis and orthopaedic testing, we develop a personalized treatment and rehabilitation plan tailored to your goals.

Massage at KORE isn't one-size-fits-all. My background in Athletic Therapy and Kinesiology brings an understanding of movement, injury and rehabilitation into every treatment - while still allowing massage to be exactly what you need that day, whether that's therapeutic work, general maintenance or simple time to relax.

KORE offers custom Osskin 3D-printed knee bracing for individuals managing osteoarthritis, ligament injuries, meniscus injuries and knee instability. Each brace is digitially modelled from a scan of your leg to create an individualized fit designed to support stability and natural knee movement.
