My Approach

Movement and sport have always been a big part of my life, but my own experience with injury is what first gave me a deeper appreciation for rehabilitation.
During my volleyball career, I experienced a significant knee injury that led to a long and challenging recovery. My goal was to return to playing post-secondary volleyball, and getting there took patience, persistence, and a lot of work. I experienced firsthand how recovery isn’t always a straight line—and how important it is to have a rehabilitation plan that looks beyond the injury itself.
That experience played a big role in leading me toward a career in Athletic Therapy. It taught me the value of understanding the person behind the injury: their goals, their lifestyle, what they need their body to do, and what getting back to those things means to them.
Since then, I’ve built my career around helping people move better, recover stronger, and feel more confident in their bodies. My approach combines hands-on treatment, movement-based rehabilitation, education, and individualized care to help people return not only to activity, but to the things that matter most to them.
